About Me

I was born, bred, and well buttered Zambia. After training as a dietitian in South Africa, my career has taken me across the globe. Today, I split my time between London and Milan, working at the intersection of women’s health, performance nutrition, and public health research.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—Women’s Health Dietitian, Performance Nutritionist, Public Health Researcher, and Author of the best-selling book Food for Menopause. What ties them all together is my passion for translating complex science into practical strategies that make a real difference in people’s lives.

I’ve never stopped learning. I’m a self-confessed professional student with 2 x BSc degrees and 2 x MSC’s and a PhD in Public Health under my belt and a deep belief in evidence-based care. Whether it’s supporting women through menopause, helping elite performers fuel for success, or shaping public health policy, my mission is the same: to help people live healthier, stronger, and more empowered lives.

I also hold several leadership and advisory roles that reflect my commitment to both innovation and impact in the nutrition space. I’m Head of Nutrition at Indi Supplements, an appointed member of the Nutrition Advisory Committee for the International Olympic Committee—supporting global standards in elite performance and health policy, a founding member of the Zambian Climate and Health Network, the resident dietitian for Fitpro (the Fitness industry’s global influencer) and Women’s running magazine Uk.
