About Me

I was born, bred, and well buttered in Zambia. After training as a dietitian in South Africa, my career has taken me across the globe. Today, I split my time between London and Milan, working at the intersection of women’s health, performance nutrition, and public health research.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—Women’s Health Dietitian, Performance Nutritionist, Public Health Researcher, and Author of the best-selling book Food for Menopause and my new book Life After Weight Loss Medications. What ties them all together is my passion for translating complex science into practical strategies that make a real difference in people’s lives.

I’ve never stopped learning. I’m a self-confessed professional student with 2 x BSc degrees and 2 x MSC’s and a PhD in Public Health under my belt and a deep belief in evidence-informed care. Whether it’s supporting women through menopause, helping elite performers fuel for success, or shaping public health policy, my mission is the same: to help people live healthier, stronger, and more empowered lives.

I also hold several leadership and advisory roles that reflect my commitment to advancing innovation, evidence-informed practice and global impact in nutrition. I serve on the Nutrition Advisory Committee for the International Olympic Committee Advanced Courses for NOC Team Physicians, the Scientific Advisory Committee for World Netball, where I help shape global standards in athlete health and performance, and as Menopause Nutrition Lead for the British Dietetic Association's Women's Health Specialist Group. Alongside these roles, I am Head of Nutrition at Indi Supplements, the resident dietitian for FitPro and Women's Running UK, and a founding member of the Zambian Climate and Health Network
